At Nalisom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Return Window

Change of Mind:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return the item.

Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in new condition.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable goods

• Sealed hygiene or health products that have been opened after delivery

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is:

• Incorrect

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective

Nalisom will cover the return shipping costs, and we will provide a pre-paid return label via email.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your refund is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

• Reason for the return

Step 2 – Receive Authorization

Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

Step 3 – Ship the Item

Securely package the item and send it according to the instructions provided by our support team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days
